We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to create motion videos for our marketing needs. The Motion Designer’s responsibilities include Illustration, managing all motion design tasks and generating creative ideas.
To be successful as a Motion Designer, you should have extensive knowledge of motion design, plugins, templates and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent Motion Designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality motion content.
Motion Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
● Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
● Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
● Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
● Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
● Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
● Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
● Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
● Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
● Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
● Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphics files.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest graphic design techniques.
● Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards

Motion Graphic Designer Requirements
● 1-2 years’ experience
● High proficiency in After Effects (and popular plug-ins), Photoshop, and Illustrator
● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
● A strong eye for typography and layout design is essential
● Bachelor’s Degree in video production, graphic design, or related field
● Experience in Video Editing preferred
● Working knowledge of Cinema4D preferred
